I have a couple of old Nikon SB-26 flashes I got on Ebay that work quite well. I have a remote cord, and the 26s also have a built-in optical slave. Great flash unit for Strobist-style shooting. Almost no automation on current Nikon cameras, though.<br /><br />Erick- yep, digital makes this workable.
