Turns out I'm older than the Pillsbury Doughboy. The Michelin Man is much older.

I don't understand the Michelin man. Tires are black. I'd love to see all white tires on a car though. I often assume that color is added to tires to make them darker black... much like yellow die is used to make chedder cheese yellow. Mmm... tires made of chedder cheese. Now a stack of those would make a good mascot. (insert nervous claymation knitting here)

Good point. I've seen white bicycle tires. They don't stay white for long, though.
